About Us
Our Story Ian grew up in the mountains. As a snowboard instructor and cyclist, he learned to move through landscapes with patience, awareness, and respect for natural rhythm. Dialo grew up by the sea. As a diving instructor, freediver, and yoga teacher, he learned the value of calm focus, breath, and being fully present. Different backgrounds, same vision. Together, they created Calma Tours to offer experiences that feel balanced and human — active without pressure, guided without scripts, and open to the moment. What they wanted to offer guests was simple: small groups, a flexible pace, and real contact with the places and people of the Costa Blanca. Not a checklist of sights. Not a performance. But days shaped by curiosity, conversation, and time — where guests feel welcome, relaxed, and connected to where they are. Today, Calma Tours is a small local business based in Alicante. We share the coast and mountains we live in, work with local families, and design each experience with care for people and place.
